Francis is the co-founder at Module. Previously, Francis ran a retail operation, small-batch clothing brand, and has launched several brands into the US and foreign markets. He has worked along side his partner and wife Lucy Wildman since 2008, working for clients such as Export-X, Solvej Swings and Little Flock of Horrors.

Prior to Module, Lucy was Brand Manager of the Action Sports division at FGXI where she looked after several brands for the sunglass conglomerate. A New Zealand native, Lucy moved back to New Zealand in 2008 to bring her experience in brand to kiwi companies looking at export opportunities.
