After about a year of hounding Diane to sell her award winning Brolly Sheet in the USA she finally relented.
The first thing she did was to get the ball rolling on three huge pallets of stock. We had them sent to our small package warehouse in Denver direct from the factory to cut costs and add convenience. Once we knew the stock was getting close the marketing began.
The base marketing initiatives we worked into the contract were things that we thought would give the most impact for a new brand working it’s way into a new super-sized market on a ‘Kiwi’
budget.
We immediately started our Blog PR campaign where we work with the webs top bloggers to review and give an honest opinion about the products, Article Marketing where we develop white papers outlining the benefits the product can have, forum posting where we reach out to communities, get feedback and create buzz around the product, then Module takes the product to the webs best Flash Sale sites to get it our in front of tens of thousands of prospective buyers. And that is just in the first month…
Brolly Sheets is using Big Commerce as their web-store. Bigcommerce.com is a great platform similar to MagentoGo and Shopify. We look after the small HTML changes and work with Brolly Sheets on the backend to fulfill their new orders as they come in. When an order comes in to brollysheetsusa.com we use Bigcommerce’s platform to print out the packing. From there we forward to our team at the warehouse where they pull the products from the shelf and ship them off. The Brolly Sheets product is always very well received by the customer and we can say with confidence that to this day we have not had one return. If for any reason Brolly Sheets needed to process a return it is no problem at all as this is something we can help with as well.
